Are you over 12? Want to learn to throw better?
The grounds are sodden and more rain is forecast for tomorrow so our regular Tuesday training is cancelled again for this week.
BUT for u12s and up, Denis Mace will be at the discus cage behind the Cook Oval canteen this Tuesday 4-30-5.30pm; Wednesday & Friday 4-5pm. Come and try discus, javelin, shot put, and maybe even some hammer throwing! Hope to see you there!
